Hello! My name is Christina Park.
I am a certified teacher and UX Researcher & Designer, currently working on AI products and services at IBM.
As a former educator who worked with diverse populations, my superpowers are exceptional communication skills, passion for learning, excellent organization skills, and relationship & community-building strategies. I am passionate about diversity in design. I strive to design inclusive, accessible, and ethical products and services with deep knowledge of users, their environments, and their goals. I enjoy working in a cross-disciplinary team to produce innovative solutions with user-centred design principles, helping people make better products, services, and experiences.
At IBM, I plan and execute design research, applying design to products and business strategies, solving complex business problems in diverse teams. I uncover insights, inform design decisions, and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through the rigorous study of people and the ecosystems in which they exist. I turn ideas into delightful human-centred experiences by designing the structural and informational foundation of products and businesses by testing the design and facilitating the delivery of all elements, interactions, and decisions that add value to create seamless user experiences.
So, what have I been up to?
