What have I learned from this project?

Being granted the permission to conducting research at the hospitals was very challenging.

Technology is not always the answer to solve problems (as I have seen many failures to current implementations).

How to use the affinity diagram to analyze research findings.
What would I have done differently?

Since every hospital is so different, it would've been appropriate to focus on one.

While narrowing down to one site, conduct research with more users.

Consider different observation location as being too far distant was limiting.
